Well, I only have one more week, and then I am home. What a weird feeling. So to start this week I went to get my hair cut, and well I was super tired and I kind of feel a sleep. When I woke up, she had cut off all of my hair, so I am pretty much bald. This week was super cool, we worked a ton, walked a ton, and my body is dead. Life is good, I won't lie I am thinking a lot about home, and what will happen, and how it will be. 9 more days, I can do this. I believe I will be able to baptize on my last Sunday. What else can I say. Life is going really well, I am happy I am working, and my mission is coming to an end. I still can't believe that two years have gone by. It has gone by way to fast.

Well, one more week has passed. I am down to a few days. It is crazy how much time has gone by. 2 years has gone in the blink of an eye. This week I went all over the mission going to Guaratingueta, Guarulhos, Itaquaquecetuba and Ipiranga. Yes this week was a crazy week, with so much to do. The worst part was that many of the days I was saying goodbye to good friends who I won't see until after the mission, and maybe never again in this life. It is crazy the friendships that you make on the mission. They change your life. Saturday I was in my area, and it was awesome because I was able to teach some more people. There is nothing better than teaching people about the gospel. I will miss this part a lot. Sunday was super funny, I got to church and the bishop came up to me, and said Elder so the last speaker didn't show up can you speak for 20 minutes. Haha I laughed so much. I had 5 minutes to get ready. I had 5 min to get ready, and to tell the truth it came out really well. I am feeling like I am ready to come home, but at the same time, I am going to miss the mission so much. This is my life, it's what I do. The mission saved my life. After today I will only have 2 more P-days.

Well for those that don't know, I only have 23 days left. Yes that is a small amount of time. To start the week with, Tuesday, we went to itaquera, to have a meeting with the leaders there. We were able to help them,, then we ate lunch.. rice beans and chicken again. Then we went to Cumbica on Wednesday to have another meeting. We helped out and spoke with many people, we also walked a ton, to top it off it was about 98-105 degrees. It is super hot, and it is killing me. Thursday had me at Sao Jose Dos Campos, I love this place, I was able to baptize a ton of people, so it was nice to see old friends and to see how much life has change. We also had to open up a new house with missionaries, give them new furniture and help clean up the house. Friday was the busiest day, we had a huge meeting here in Belém, were I gave a training using PowerPoint to about 50 people. It was about how to be a leader like Jesus Christ, and how we can help more people get baptized. It was hard work, but I believe this was the best training that I have ever given. Saturday had me in my area, teaching a few people about the church. We have a family that we are teaching, Tais and Victor. They are super cool, and last night I planned their wedding and the baptism so that they can get married for eternity. They are super happy, and it makes me even more to see the gospel changing their lives. I know this is the only true church on the earth. I have seen so many miracle, and have had so many things happen to me, that proves that we have a prophet that speaks with God face to face, and that we have the power of god in our hands, and that there is not another path under the heavens were a man can be saved. This is the only true church. Sunday a member of the ward Belém came up to me and said this story. The week before she was really sick and couldn't work or do anything, so she called us to give her a bless of health. So we went and I was able to give here that blessing. She said that after we had left, the sickness left also, she was made whole. I won't lie it was awesome to hear that. I have the priesthood, or in other words the power of Jesus Christ, and I believe that the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints is the only true church that has this priesthood. This helps me know that what I am doing is of god, and I know what I need to do to get back to heaven. In the mission we speak a lot about families. I know that the family is the most important thing in the world. I believe that if we marry in the temple of god with his holy priesthood, that we can be with our families forever and all eternity. These two years has change who I am, what I know. I know that this is the true church of god, the only true church on the earth. I know this because I am a child of god, and I asked my father in heaven and he has given me an answer. The mission is so cool, I won't lie I am super tired, my body is broken and worn out, but these last two years have been the most fulfilling two years in my life.

Well I am down to 5 weeks, and it is passing super fast. I am trying my best to help this mission. This week I spoke with my family and well it was amazing. I won't lie it made me want to go home as soon as possible, but I only have a little time. This life is amazing, it's hard but amazing. There is nothing better for a youth today, then to serve a mission. It gets him ready for the real world, and gives him everything he needs to have a lot of success. This week I was able to teach a family that will be baptized soon.. Wow talk about an amazing family, they have been looking for something to give them strength and to bring their family closer... and they just found it. The spirit was so strong, it is something that I will miss about the mission, feeling the spirit super strong. I know that this is the true church, and I know that Jesus Christ loves me, and that he died to save me. Have an amazing week and have a wonderful New Year.
Happy New Year!

Well this week has had me on my feet. I have been given the great opportunity to work alongside the presidente of the mission. He is a great a wonderful man with the power of god with him. He speaks with the spirit and authority. I am really excited to work with my presidente. This week I had to give a few trainings to all the zone leaders, it was great, my speaking skills in Portuguese are getting better. Each day I have a few meetings with the president to talk about the mission and what we can do to help the elders and sisters, and yeah its crazy. I didn't know how much work is needed to run a mission, it's something that keeps you on your feet. This week is also Christmas week, we had to plan everything, so that everything will run smoothly. Also my phone never stops ringing. someone is always calling because there is some type of problem. We also work in a area. This is awesome, the members are super sweet and wonderful, and they are always looking for ways to help us work better. It's crazy how it all works out. Sunday I was asked to give a talk last min, for 20 minutes. It went well something that I don't like doing but it's something that I do a lot. Sunday was also hard, because we had to get all the numbers of the week, and yeah it was super slow, but it's crazy because I had the chance to see how the mission works and what happens. My companion is awesome, I trained him a long time ago, so we were already friends, which made it so much better. This new life is crazy but awesome, and I only have a little time, so I have to take advantage of every second. that I have. I love you all and I know that Jesus is the Christ, that he loves us and wants to help us in all things.

Well this week was awesome, we had so much to do, and to take care of. this was the last week of the transfers.. and now I only have one more transfer and then I am home. Wow 2 years have come and gone. Thanks to the Lord for everything. I know that he is watching over me. This week I was able to go with my companion to the temple and watch a family that I helped, go through the temple and get married for time and all eternity. I have never felt so happy in my life. The spirit was so strong, it made me cry. The happiness that you saw on their faces is worth everything I have done. The mission is super hard but the reward is 100 times better. I know that this work is the work of god, his hand and power is with me every day. I am not perfect not even close but through me god can work miracles. He can change the lives of everyone. I know that the atonement is real, and we all need it. That is why Ii am here to learn and to help. I got a call last night saying that I will leave my area. I don't know where I will go for my last transfer, but I do know that I will work my butt off and finish strong, because that is what God wants me to do. I will tell you more next week because it is going to be a crazy one. Love you all, take care. Until next week
